Appointment Policy

$50 Non-refundable deposit will be taken before securing colour appointment. This fee can be transferred to another day given 2-day notice.

The $50 deposit will be deducted from your first appointment at the salon. The balance of your appointment is due on the day of the service.

48 hours is required to change or cancel your appointment. Failure to cancel or reschedule your appointment in the requested time will forfeit your deposit.

Deposits

All new salon guests are required to provide a $50 non-refundable deposit towards a colour service to secure their appointment.

LATE CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY

KLBS requires you to cancel your appointment no less that 48 hours before your service time. All late cancellations or no shows will forfeit their deposit or pay a $100 late cancellation fee.

EXTENSIONS POLICY

50% Non – refundable deposit will be taken before securing a hair extension appointment. This fee can be transferred to another day given 2-day notice.

The 50% deposit will be deducted from first appointment at the salon. The balance of your appointment is due on the day of the service.

REFUND POLICY

There is a NO refund policy here at KLBS. We strive to provide the best possible outcome. If you are unhappy with your service, you have 7 days to contact us and it will be fixed automatically if it’s a fault by one of our team members. Kasey the salon director will determine whether they’re at fault.
